Join us for two dynamic days of learning, connection, and action alongside educators, policymakers, researchers, and literacy changemakers from across the country.

      Friday + Saturday: Starting at $375 (limited capacity)

• Registration closes February 12, 2027, or earlier if the Symposium reaches capacity. If the event sells out, a waitlist will be available.
   

OLC Member Discount

Oakland Literacy Coalition members receive 30% off up to two Symposium registrations. Discount codes will be shared with members when general registration opens.
 

Scholarships

A limited number of scholarships will be available for Literacy & Justice for All 2027. Scholarship applications open November 1, 2026, and close January 31, 2027. Visit our Educator page for eligibility information and application details.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All registration fees are nonrefundable. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, personal circumstances, or inability to attend.

• Refund requests will only be considered in the case of a documented emergency and must be submitted in writing before the conference begins. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the sole discretion of the Symposium organizers.
